My 6 year old daughter LOVED it!
My daughter's class read this book in school and absolutely loved it. It is the only book she wants to give as a present at her Brownie book exchange. Cute story and great illustrations.

A Favorite Book for Many
This book is a favorite of my 3 and 4-year old daughters, as well as two of their girlfriends. It is wonderful. For anyone who has a little girl who likes the color pink, it really hits a nerve... Also, the mother's quote in the book -- "You get what you get and you don't get upset" -- has become a favorite phrase in our house. It is an excellent way to say no in a funny way that diffuses toddler demands. I can't recommend this book enough.

lOVES IT!
MY 2 1/2 YR OLD DAUGHTER LOVES THIS BOOK. SHE HAS LSTENED TO THIS STORY EVERYDAY FOR THE PAST 2 WEEKS SINCE I BOUGHT IT. I AM EVEN CONSIDERING TAKING HER TO THE MUSICAL IN NYC.
