| Very tasty  The recipes are easy, quick, and the food is really tasty. And I'm actually losing weight. I've never eaten such healthy foods. My only complaint is that the book is cheaply made so it is difficult to keep it open to the correct page. With peanut butter you get monounsaturated fat,omega 6 yes,but take some flax to balance it out,magnesium,arginine,protein ,fiber and other good things.. It tastes good has low sugar and NO trans fatty acids..It does work at quelling the hunger a lot better than the refined carb diets that were a fad of the politically correct 80's and nineties.. Carbs take a perosn that is a "go-getter" and turns them into sedated "nice " person ,a lazier person more controllable by the establishment.. Think outside the box,go peanut butter!
