| Great nutrition information  I bought this book because I was looking for ideas on how to be the most successful in both mind and body, and this book is great! It was just what I was looking for. You see it every day how nutrition can effect your moods and productivity, so it makes sense that you would want to eat the foods that are going to make your mind and body run the best.
I also liked the way the book is written. It's easy to understand and you don't have to be a doctor to figure it out. Thanks Dr. Lesser!
