| AHA quick and easy  This is a very helpful book with vivid pictures. The Recipes are very easy and not to time consuming. I wish that there were more for sither a single or double portion. I hate finding a good recipe and then there's that one ingredient that I don't have on hand, or worse yet, one that I have to go to a gourmet store to find. None of that in this book!
