Pretty complete 
I have the medical journals by Sharon Larsen for my older children, but now it's out of print. That one is my favorite, but this one is pretty complete. My biggest disapointment is that the actual size is pretty small. Larsen's was 8x10 size and I keep the papers my office gives in it, this on is about 5x7, so I can't easily store the papers.

Exactly what I was looking for! 
This book is exactly what I was looking for! A great place to organize all my son's medical info. There is a page per regular wellness checkup. There is a page with a diagram to chart his teeth. A page to track his immunizations... and more! It's great. Now I only wish I could find something just as good for adults!!

Great but missing organization
If only there was a book that had a little of everything. Great resource with useful charts for teeth, growth charts, etc. But lacks well visit and sick visit pages. They are simply referred to as doctor visits. Great book for a resource and reminder. Not small enough for a purse, etc.

Great Resource
As a new mom, I appreciate having all my child's medical and vaccine records all in one place. It is also small (and durable) enough to throw in my purse or diaper bag when I go to the doctor. Is a great shower or new born baby gift.
