New Release of Life
I was advised to obtain this book by my Gastroenterologist. I have Atrophy Dysplasia Gastritis and I am at risk for stomach cancer. Changing my way of eating according to "Life Without Bread" has help tremendously with the constant bloating and pain. I have also started to lose weight and inside I feel healthier than I have in years. Listening to everyone about eat this, eat that, etc.; forget these people. If you are willing to change your diet to the way people use to eat and were much healthier and lived longer than I urge you to buy this book and absorb all the knowledge that has been gathered throughout the centuries.

Changed my life!
This book helped me to get my Crohn's disease under control and get off of all those terrible medications. I lost weight, stopped the bleeding and bloating, lost 4% body fat and all of my lab work came back much improved from last year. Triglcerides were 135- now 57, HDL was 38, now 55. Plus I feel a lot better and look much better!

Excellent Must read for all!
I read this years ago, in the beginning of the "hype". It really is the one book that clicked with me and made so much sense. I highly recommend to all the skeptics! Eating under 72 carbs is very reasonable and do able. Tons of great scientific information.

Awesome Read
If you want a book that can get you outside the box about eating carbs especially bread, read this! It's awesome. You're not limited on what you eat. Plenty to eat actually!

Life without bread
I know enough already. Everywhere you turn there's something about losing weight, staying fit and knowing the why's and how's to do it. Some of these things are helpful and some just manage to give us a headache. This book is one of those helpful things. If you want to know about carbohydrates and how they affect the human body then read this book.

This book isn't a weight loss type of book. It is a book that will teach about carbohydrates and why they can be good and bad for you. It gives you research information on the many health related problems carbohydrates can cause.

With the information given to you from this book you will learn what foods are high in carbohydrates. Bread is just one of the many things that people to need to think about. A low carbohydrate diet can contain many foods that you didn't realize are good for you.

It also teaches you that many of the things we hear about fats in our diet may not be necessarily true or unhealthy. Yes many of them are, but Life Without Bread points out that fat is not the leading cause of most dietary related diseases - carbohydrates are. With the easy to understand explanations in this book you will come to realize what is good for you and what is bad for you and most importantly why.

If you are struggling with a dietary problem or know someone who is then read this book. It will give all the information necessary to make the right decisions about your diet and your health.
