Some Zestful and Healthy Recipes in this Delightful Book  
Not only are there three hundred and fifty different recipes (who would have thunk there were so many things one could do with soy beans) but Ms. van Gundy Jones tells all about the soy bean and its history in this wonderful little cookbook as well. I use it a lot as I'm trying to get my beef eating husband to lose a few pounds, lower his cholesterol and help him get a bit healthier. And you know, if it's soy, it's gotta taste good, or he won't be touching it. Fortunately there are a lot of delicious recipes in this book that is as valuable now as it was way back in 1963.
