I love Neurobiology!!!
I love this book. It is very informative and in a way that is understandable and not complicated. Also, there is an online study help with the book that is very helpful and informative.

Good diagrams and software
The software that comes with this book is actually useful, which veterans of college text books will find surprising. Also, the pictures and diagrams are very straightforward. The material is also covered at a good depth for undergraduates.

Neuroscience: 4th ed.
It was good, but required for med school. So I don't know if any other text books would be better

Excellent text for medical school.
This is a great text for medical school courses. I use this in conjunction with the Blumenfeld text, and between these two texts I feel I am well prepared for most of the questions on the exam. The figures are particularly helpful, seeing as many of the professors use them directly in their powerpoint presentations.
