An absolute MUST read! 
I cannot stress enough how revealing this book is. As a diabetic for over 20 years now, I never knew HOW important this mineral was. I was always told to take it, but I am the type of person who needs to understand WHY before I can commit to doing anything, so at best, I'd take it, off an on, but never regularly, and more regularly NOT take it for years at a time. I've lost 14 lbs in 8 weeks which I have never been able to do. My primary goal was to normalize my blood sugar levels, not lose weight. Furthermore, in these first 8 weeks, my depression "mood swings" have dramatically subsided. I didn't mean for this to be a testimony for taking Chromium, but I want to encourage all people to read this book. Like I said before, it is eye-opening and quite revealing. I particularly enjoyed the easy-to-read descriptive studies performed with Chromium and the findings that were discovered.

chromium picolinate 
bought this book at a used-book store on a whim, read the whole thing that night, went out and bought chromium picolinate and am taking it.
it is good book for a diabetic to read also (I am one).
It is sensible and thorough, definitely worth reading and buying the stuff.

Highly informative and useable
I have used "Chromium Picolinate: Everything You Need to Know" to bring my own blood-sugar problems under control and to lose weight. I gave the book to my daughter who used it to lose weight and also lower severe hypertension. I am now sending the book to a nephew who has similar problems.
