Comprehensive overview
This is a good book if you are newly diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. I purchased it about 4 months after my diagnosis so much of the information I had already found through other sources. There is a comprehensive discussion of the various medications used to treat rheumatoid arthritis, interesting real life perspectives from fellow patients, and a well detailed exercise section.

Great Information!
This book is perfect for anyone who wants to learn about Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA). It explains, in very good detail, the process a person who is diagnosed with RA will go through. It explains medically what is happening; how to understand the "medical team" that you will have; what treatments exist and their most common side-effects; and coping skills. Anyone who has recently been diagnosed with RA should definitely read this book. Anyone who is supporting a person with RA would also benefit from reading this book. I would highly recommend it.
