Excellent resource for smokers who want to quit. 
Patricia Allison knows that quitting smoking is hard to do. She's been there and done that. In this book she shares what she's learned about nicotine addiction, the psychological attachment to cigarettes, and how to break the addiction. This book is brief, straight forward, honest, articulate, and helpful. She offers a five-step process to move you toward quitting. The rest is up to you. This reviewer quit 7 years ago and this book helped me succeed. If you've tried everything else and are still smoking, try reading this book.
