who is health concious and wants to maintain good health January 26, 2008 | | Basic but so True  I recently acquired this book while vacationing in Florida. i found the title intriguing and was even more intrigued as i began reading the book. This is a complete lifestyle program based upon Bible foods, changin one's personal lifestyle of diet and exercise with an emphasis on one's spiritual life. This book is cerntainly at the top of diet and lifestyle books. I highly recommend this book to anyone really interested in changing their diet permanently. The concepts of fats, carbohydrates, proteins, etc. are presented in such a basic way that it is difficult not to understand. This book is a big thnumbs up!! This book is not just a diet book, but a complete lifestyle book: emphasizing a change in foods and one's spiritual life while concentrating on the foods of the Bible.. While not a real technical book, it simplifies the concepts of fats, carbohydrates and proteins and shows cause and effect. Just a very fascinating book. I have read a number of 'diet' books. I rate at the top and would highly recommend it. The author also offers recipies, menus planning, newsletter, a catalog of foods and much much more.
