Disappointing Mousakka Recipe  
I was excited to receive this book in the mail. I love eggplant or aubergine as its also called. I tried to make the Mousakka recipe when my Mother was visiting us and it was so bland. The recipe did not contain a sauce or cheese which made the separated meat difficult to eat. The eggplant did taste good though. All in all a disappointing Mousakka recipe.
