CUSTOMER REVIEWS (Average Customer Rating: 5.0 based on 1 review)

Easy read, lots of information.
This book is great. It is a quick easy read, but has all the essential information. It goes through diagnosis, prevalence, and then spends a great deal on instructional methods and strategies. It defines key vocabulary, and even has a pre and post test so you can assess the knowledge you gain. As a soft cover it is less than 1/2 the price of the hard cover version, which made me wonder who would still buy the hardcover. This book is written from a practical stand point. I am both a teacher of students with disabilities and an instructor for a University teaching new special education teachers. There are too many texts on this subject to go shooting blind trying to find a good one. This text would make a great addition to any educator's library. It is hard to believe the amount of information contained in such a small package. I would recommend this book to anyone who wants a quick reference, or a better understanding of the field.
