A great book to accompany a Neti Pot purchase 
I got this book to go along with a Neti pot purchase. It is an easy read, with information as to how a neti pot works, how to use one and descriptions of health benefits from regular use. I purchased a neti pot when I had my last cold, based on some people I know who swear upon the benefits and I'm happy I did. I cleared up my cold within 4 days of using it and now I'm one of those, who testify to it's potential, to help aid in the healing process.

Your Companion to Nasal Sinus Irrigation (NSI)

This little book is the perfect companion to beginning Nasal Sinus Irrigation (NSI) with the neti pot. Many people, including me, saw Dr. Oz and Oprah discussing the neti pot, but only so much information can be given in a short segment of a television show. This book takes NSI to the next step and is what you want to read before you start to use a neti pot.
I think it's very important to know what you're doing before you begin to stick things or pour fluids up your nasal passages. This book gives you everything you need to know in a short format (I read the book in an hour) that is easy to understand, and comprehensive. It covers: methods for using the neti pot, symptoms that respond to the neti post, a history of neti pot use, the relationship between the neti pot and meditation, medical resources, everything an average person would want to know about the nose and the sinuses to use the neti pot effectively, the danger triangle of the face, nose blowing (yes, there is more to learn about this!), how to properly make the irrigation fluid, drying techniques after cleansing, natural additives for the neti pot, problems with water flow when doing neti, and much more.
I was very, very glad that I read this book before my neti pot arrived. Highly recommended.

pretty silly idea for a book 
I have a Neti Pot and love using it. It does wonders for allergies, colds, and is just great for keeping you breathing freely year round. But the instructions that come with the Neti Pot include everything you need to know about using a Neti Pot, and if you're looking for a book on basic holistic medicine you should look elsewhere. There are much better books out there. By no means should you waste money on this book. If you disagree, then perhaps you would be interested in two of my upcoming titles: "An Instructional Guide to Gargling", and "Everything you Ever Wanted to Know about Flossing your Teeth but were afraid to Ask". I'll be releasing both of these books for $19.95 just as soon as I write them, I should be able to bang both of them out this afternoon.

great little book for a great little pot!
This book is a must for learning to neti. It explains why you should consider cleaning your snout, and provides interesting background reading. It is priced well and compliments the neti pot for a great gift!!

The nose... knows if you know what I mean...
Gee, a really terrific little book that explains things about your nose and sinuses that most of us never even thought about...One thing I did learn from reading this book is that the nose is one important organ. The section on the use of the Neti Pot was also informative, explaining it's history, use and ties with Yoga etc. The book is only 93 pages, so it is a fast read. This really should be the only book you will need on your nose and the Neti Pot. Enjoy...
