Hokie
As a Virginia Tech alumnus, I find this book about the greatest football players in school history to be refreshing. I enjoy each story because it is very personalized not like most biographic or documentary books are.

leaves something to be desired
I bought this book to research Frank Beamer for a project I was doing in my master's program in coaching. There was not much useful insight on Beamer, and his section of the book is very limited. Each player wrote his own section of the book, so as one would probably guess, many of them are not particularly well written. Not a bad book if you are looking for some interesting Hokie inside info or funny anecdotes from former players, but that is really the limit of its usefullness.

A must read for any Hokie!!!
This book is GREAT for any Hokie. If you are a new Hokie fan this book will give you some insight regarding our solid past, and give you a feel for the long, hard and uphill battle to get here. For those of you that have been fans since before Michael, then this is a reminder of those hard working, yet not the most talented players, that laid the foundation for today's success.
