LIve a healthy life 
Jonny Bowden has a wonderful style of dispensing information, whether on radio, podcast,website, or in a book. He always manages to educate in an easy to read, and understand, way. He has done it again here. Instead of reaching for another pharmaceutical that may or may not work, and may be fraught with unknown side affects, reach for this book. It is loaded with numerous suggestions of well researched remedies for many ailments. Nature has created a fantastic medicine cabinet that seems to have gotten lost in the shuffle of big pharma ads and claims. Authors like Jonny have given us the opportunity to take back control of our health through natural methods. This should be in everyone's health library.

This book was written by Jonny Bowden, author of several health related books. He has researched and studied the subject well. The book is written to be easily understood. Hippocrates said: "The natural healing force within each of us is the greatest force in getting well". Modern medicine, unfortunately, uses drugs and surgery to treat illness. Jonny Bowden shows us how to treat and cure the simplest to the most severe "disease", using natural foods, herbs, vitamins and minerals, all without any side effects.

Not Impressed...
I have to say that with the great reviews I was expecting something wonderful. I was very disappointed. In my opinion, the layout of the book needed more organization. Also, I bought this specifically for treating acne and the "cure" in the book says it may or may not work!
