Could be Better 
The training manual has great concepts and solid cell/small group principles. What I like most about it is its holistic nature. It sees small groups as being holistic in an Upward-Outward-Inward-Forwad way which is healthy and good. The biggest problem, and it is a large one...is that the manual itself could have been written better. It lacks a deep penetrating punch that is needed to drive cell theology into the heart of those attending. In addition the user-ability of the manual is poor. Its doesnt flow as a well-written training manual. Large gaps from one thought to the next, lack of Biblical texts cited at important points, along with poor layout makes it difficult to use. When comparing this manual with manuals written by large cell churches out of Singapore and Korea it ranks low on the scale.

It doesn't get any easier than this! 
I agree with Randall, this has got to be the most comprehensive introductory training any church can give for its cell leaders! The ease of conducting it lies in the fact that it is well developed. The great Power points and leaders guide make it worth far more than the purchase price. I have used it to train cell leaders using an eight week schedule. It is one fantastic tool, it doesn't get any easier than this!

Comprehensive and Practical training for your small group leaders
Boren and Tillman do an excellent job covering most every aspect of small group and cell group leadership. The trainer's guide could not be easier to use... pictures of the powerpoints on the left, what to say on the right and a page shot of the student guide on the right hand page to insure you know what page the students should be on. I especially like the practicuums at the back for the future leaders to do each week so they practice what they are learning.
