CUSTOMER REVIEWS (Average Customer Rating: 4.0 based on 24 reviews)
| Not useful I read all the reviews. Figured small print was okay to deal with. Not so. Not only is it charts and graphs in the whole book, it is miniscule print. It's not a couple charts here and there, it is the WHOLE book, kind of like when you see fine print at the bottom of a contract. Information itself is good after the 20mins it takes to find it. Using it was so tedious it would stress me out trying to look stuff up. Waste of money, invest the cash in a better book. September 05, 2008 | | must be in your pocket for inpatient/outpatient care! We all need this pocket book to stay current on Abx. Rx and Tx.--period. Dosing, too, and specific infective regimens are also noted. My only complaint is that sometimes it is confusing and tedious to FIND what you need. An updated charting system, and easier to find categories would be nice in the next edition. August 21, 2008 | | best pocketbook for clinicians for medical doctors who work in a busy health unit and need at any time a handy book to review antibiotics, bugs and side effects.
very-very helpfull for clinicians with a subspesialty (rheumatology, nephrology, hematology etc) who need fast to have access on information such as the appropriate antibiotic and the first in line medication. May 25, 2008 | | Not convenient to use The book had all the information I wanted but the print was totally unreadable due to size...I opted for the more expensive spiral bound version. May 21, 2008 | | Great Clinical Reference! For all medical practitioners this Sanford Guide is the definitive pocket guide for infectious disease treatment. Updated annually with the latest treatment recommendations from professional groups. I use it nearly daily when considering antibiotic selection and disease treatment. May 19, 2008 | |
