From the supplier: Melissant, Netherlands-based Den Hertog B.V. has introduced a new line of ice cream that have liquor called Roomjis. The Roomjis line includes three products, namely the Pisang Ambon, the Coebergh and the Zwarte Kip Advocaat. The brands are composed of 80% ice cream and 20% liquor, which have alcohol contents ranging from 2.2 to 3.3%. The new products are targeted toward adults who can consume them as desserts or as between-meal snacks.
