From the supplier: Findings regarding the health aspects of medical foods are presented. The view that linoleic oils can cause cancer may be in error because of research indicating that linoleic oils are actually produced in the body of cancer patients. Folic acid is needed to control the body's production of homocysteine which causes arteriosclerosis. Calcium and vitamin D which are found in dairy products seem to prevent the adult-onset diabetes and colon cancer.
