We bought several of these for Halloween costumes. Even though we ordered them in plenty of time, they didn't arrive before Halloween. They were sent back, but I've yet to see the credit...

I was trying to match a hat that looks identical to this one except for a black label on the side. The cost was the same, but since the vendor from which I bought the first had only that one, I ordered this one for an additional shipping fee. When it arrived, I put in the batteries to test it. It worked. When I took it out to use (for my second grandson), when I reinstalled the batteries, a bulb did not work. One slight movement was all it took. Very shabby construction; the hat I was trying to match seems more secure and has not (yet?) fallen apart.
