I was a 42D after giving birth to my second child. This bra worked awesome for me. Very supportive and comfortable and held up well in the wash. Sizing was accurate too.

I like this bra. The nursing pads don't show through and it is very supportive. Unfortunately my size changed and it no longer fit as well as when I first got it so I haven't worn it much lately. I did like it when I was wearing it.

Being 36DDD/F makes it very difficult to find bras that fit and are comfortable and supportive. This is all three, it doesn't give you a weird shape and looks good under clothing. I have not had my baby yet so I cannot attest to ease of nursing. I ordered the same size I've been wearing (I am 38 weeks now) and it fit well. I only wish it came in black.

This is the only nursing bra I like, it has good support and a nice lining that you don't show through. I highly recommend it.
