This is an amazing product!!! It has an incredibly soft cover and it's adjustable firmness makes it incredibly comfortable!!! You can use so many ways to find your own comfortable position. Also, the air nozzle is not located in an area where your head will ever be bothered by it (unlike what some other people said). It's very easy to inflate (less than a few effortless puffs, my grandmother could do it!!) and to adjust with just a push of a button! I also have jaw and neck issues and usually get a migraine as a result of those issues especially when I fly. However, this pillow kept my neck very comfortable and positioned so well, I was pain-free for my arrival!!!
I highly recommend this product to anyone! I plan on buying more of these pillows for my fiance and future mother- and father-in-law who like to travel.
I've used this pillow for 4 flights now and even if it popped now, I'd still feel I got my money's worth and would DEFINITELY buy another one!!!
