Doctor Said It Isn't Safe by Winston Smith (Here)  1 Stars

While I'm sure it isn't overtly dangerous, using it could increase the risk of SIDS. But despite the warning from the doctor, I'm giving it a low rating because I found it to be unnecessary. I have twins, they did share a crib, they stayed on their sides through at least four months, and when they aren't staying on their own sides it is time to get a second crib anyway. Perhaps I can use it as a floor toy holder during tummy time or something, but I haven't. Do you really need to pay money for something like that? Just had another idea, maybe I'll use it as support for holding the babies up during our at home photo sessions. If it serves that perhaps well, I may just up the rating if I remember to edit the review later.

This seemed like an awesome product for me when I first bought it. But, I didnt really use it much with my twins. My boys slept in the same crib for about 4 months. At that time I used it in between them assuming one would disturb the other. But, it never happened like that. Since at 4 months they were not still mobile and they really didnt get into each other's space. It seems like a great product but I didn't get much use from it. I paid $25 and it was not worth that much.

We used this to help ease the transition from baby bassinet to crib. Maybe we waited too late to use it, because the first thing our little one did was learn to push up and over! Probably a good product if you have a baby who really doesn't move yet. Now we are using it as a climbing toy in the middle of the floor.

We wanted our twins to share a crib as they just slept better near each other. Well, when they got a little older, they started whapping each other in the face and waking each other up. This crib spacer was the perfect solution since they were still near each other, but no face whapping. I really appreciate that it bought us a little more time of them sharing a crib before they just got too big to continue sharing.
