this pillow is great. it makes tandem nursing possible. the pillow is angled toward the mother so it makes it very easy to nurse both babies at one time. it's even easy to burp one baby while the other one continues to nurse. i would recommend this to anyone having twins and planning to nurse. sometimes i will nurse one and bottle feed the other one while they both lay on the pillow. my husband has also used it to bottle feed both of them at once. i had a breastfriend pillow to nurse my first son and i loved it but this is a must have for nursing mothers of twins!!

I ended up getting this pillow shortly after my twins were born and it is a life saver! I had used the boppy before I had purchased this and the boppy was just too small. It makes feeding my twins so easy. We recently went to legoland with our 5 year old and the twins (4 wks old) and I brought the pillow with me (I just put it stradling the top of my stroller) and I was able to comfortably nurse the twins on the park bench with my cover-up over them while my son and husband were on the rides.

Loved this pillow! Worked great with my twins and with my 11.5 pound singleton afterward. The foam beveled design made life easier. Well worth the $$! I just got rid of the pillow recently after nine years and found that i am pregnant! Time to purchase another! The pillow works very well for plus sized women too; i never seemed to "fit" a boppy pillow. This pillow worked great and made nursing my twins and singleton a relaxing comforting time... Highly Recommended!

I have to say that this is the single most important piece of baby gear I bought for my twins. I have used if daily for more than 8 months now and I still love it and would not want to be without it. The firm foam keeps them secure and the little back pillow keeps it taut against my tummy, so there is no gap. LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT!!!

I have a Boppy that works better for my twins. It's not comfortable for my twin boys and the clip on the strap fell off the first week. Therefore, I can't tighten it enough to feel secure. Instead it's become a precarious perch and the boys are very uncomfortable on it.
