| Compact, gets to the point and not complicated by T. Zagarino (NY, United States) 3 Stars July 12, 2009 This was a bit expensive for what you actually get BUT that being said if you are looking for something that is not bulky or complicated/involved then this is it. It is a journal that gets to the point, compact enough to carry around and store in records/fire safe, etc. For someone who just wants to stick to the basics in medical recording of a child's progress this is definitely for you.
| | Organization is key by Tiffany Werner 4 Stars April 08, 2009 Keep things organized and handy in one place with this booklet. You may have to customize a little bit, but at least it'll be all in one place and small enough to bring to the MD everytime you go.
| | Great organizing tool by C. Wiens (Fresno, CA USA) 4 Stars August 21, 2007 This has been very handy for keeping medical info. altogether. I can keep it in my diaper bag, so I always have my child's medical info handy. It has a place to write my questions for the doctor so I don't forget, and a handy pocket for baby's insurance card. I wish it had a few more pockets for things like immunization card or misc. papers. This will last a few years, too, which is even more helpful.

| The Vaccine Book: Making the Right Decision for Your Child (Sears Parenting Library) by Robert Sears (Author)
With the spate of publicity surrounding the possible health risks posed by childhood immunization, parents are no longer simply following doctor's orders and automatically having their children vaccinated. Instead, they are asking questions. The problem is the search for answers only leads parents to conflicting, one-sided information: doctors claim that parents are endangering their child's life if they refuse shots, while radical vaccine opponents claim parents are endangering their child's...
