I loved my Lily Padz so much that I purchased these for a friend. The down side is that they lose their tackiness after about a month (at least this was my experience), but they are perfect for wearing under tighter fitting shirts (even more fitted t-shirts) and with summer tank tops.

I love these things! However, I tried to use them about 6 weeks after I started breastfeeding and I had a leak. However, now that I have been breastfeeding for 5 months, I never leak even when I wear them 12 hours at night. They are fabulous and allow for you to go braless, strapless, backless, swimsuit, etc. Much sexier and more comfortable than the big, bulky pads. I would definitely recommend getting these! Make sure you take good care of them to make them last as long as possible. Proper washing everyday is necessary.

These worked well- for about 2 hours. Then I started leaking out of them. At first I thought it was because I was still in the initial stages of nursing (about 6 weeks), and my supply had not regulated yet. So I put them away and waiting until my son was nearly 3 months, well after my supply had regulated. At night, I still leak a ton of milk out of them, so the whole "sleep braless" claim on the box is bogus. Even during the day, if my son goes more than 3 hours without nursing, I leak out of them. I think the problem is their size. When it comes to breasts, one size does NOT fit all. These are simply not large enough for my (naturally) 38DDD nursing breasts. They do not even cover the entire areola, so they pull off and move around. I don't know if this is the case in smaller-chested women, but for me they were a waste of hard-earned $[...].

When I first saw this, I thought the concept is really cool. But when I got my pair, I was so disappointed bec they practically fell off my breasts. I am a size 34D so I do not advice this product to women with bigger breasts.

It was wonderful to sleep bra-less again, but the joy was short lived. These pads worked great and were incredibly effecive....for about two days. I followed all of the do's and don't included in the package and after two nights after time I moved the lilypadz would fall right off. Great concept, however, performance was highly disappointing.
