I was skeptical at first but these really are great. I've been using them more now that I'm back at work. Smooth lines for clothing and easy to get out of the way when pumping. Disposable pads tend to get in the way of pumping because they are attached to your bra. I don't use them at night because I've leaked anytime I've tried it, but great for daytime use. Well worth the money.

I have used the lily pads since I started breastfeeding 6 mo ago and I don't know what I would do without them. I was able to return to work and not have to worry about leaking through my shirts! They were also great for at night during those early weeks when you're body is still getting used to things. I found that they rarely leaked for me. My one complaint is that I got a little over 1 month use out of them before I had to get a new pair. They did not last the two months as advertised. I didn't mind though because I couldn't imagine going through the disposable pads every day!

I loved my Lily Padz so much that I purchased these for a friend. The down side is that they lose their tackiness after about a month (at least this was my experience), but they are perfect for wearing under tighter fitting shirts (even more fitted t-shirts) and with summer tank tops.

I love these things! However, I tried to use them about 6 weeks after I started breastfeeding and I had a leak. However, now that I have been breastfeeding for 5 months, I never leak even when I wear them 12 hours at night. They are fabulous and allow for you to go braless, strapless, backless, swimsuit, etc. Much sexier and more comfortable than the big, bulky pads. I would definitely recommend getting these! Make sure you take good care of them to make them last as long as possible. Proper washing everyday is necessary.

These worked well- for about 2 hours. Then I started leaking out of them. At first I thought it was because I was still in the initial stages of nursing (about 6 weeks), and my supply had not regulated yet. So I put them away and waiting until my son was nearly 3 months, well after my supply had regulated. At night, I still leak a ton of milk out of them, so the whole "sleep braless" claim on the box is bogus. Even during the day, if my son goes more than 3 hours without nursing, I leak out of them. I think the problem is their size. When it comes to breasts, one size does NOT fit all. These are simply not large enough for my (naturally) 38DDD nursing breasts. They do not even cover the entire areola, so they pull off and move around. I don't know if this is the case in smaller-chested women, but for me they were a waste of hard-earned $[...].
