I'd purchase these over and over. They were easy to take, no upset stomach. My hair and nails have grown a lot since using these vitamins. I am very consistent with my vitamin intake. I finished a bottle in 2 months as directed. They do work.

Purchased these awhile ago and was taking them regularly then stopped. Recently noticed I had another bottle. Started taking them again and quickly noticed fast nail growth, less cracking, splitting. Some nails were splitting when I first started using the product, so I filed and cut them.The nails grew back so fast and healthier than normal. Less hair shedding and no acne while taking these.Impressive. Note one downfall is the ingredients list trans fat although the amount is not listed.

I read a handful of reviews here about people seeing results after 1 month. After 6 weeks only my fingernails are slightly stronger. For some reason, I am unable to change the rating to one star after initially checking 2 stars.
Also, I have combination skin and have been breaking out horribly since starting these supplements. I've read the same complaint from others at another website. Perhaps its the oils in the supplements but expect pimples. I feel like I wasted $50.

Pretty good product. My eyelashes do seem longer and definitely slows down hair loss. I have little hairs growing i didnt have before so im sure this is new hair growth but i have to keep trying it for longer than two months.

I'm an african american woman in my late 20's who's experienced hair loss since the age of 13. I was recently diagnosed with a form of alopecia. My beautician suggested that I take these supplements however, the cost was not in my budget. I recently got on birth control and noticed how bad my hair was thinning. I decided to try these vitamins and must admit they really work. The first thing I noticed after taking these vitamins for 2 weeks was how strong my nails were. After about a month I noticed my hair wasn't shedding as much and it is now growing. I would definitely suggest these vitamins for anyone who's experiencing thinning hair. I'm now ready to purchase my second bottle.
