Product Description
Why'd I get the smaller half? Why don't you yell at her? Why does my team always lose? Why can't we have a pet giraffe? Because that's life. And life can't always go the way we want it to. But with this delightful and witty book, Amy Krouse Rosenthal and Tom Lichtenheld reassure us that everyone, including pigs, planets, and square pegs, sometimes thinks: It's not fair!

Amy has written far better books by TCK (MN, USA) 2 Stars

Good theme, but its use in this book didn't appeal to my wife or me. Doubt that it would appeal to our 6-year old grandson as either. Perhaps the fact that he is the oldest, just entering school, or has no children his age in his neighborhood explains our feelings. ...no, it's just simply off the mark. We sent ours back for a refund. Other books by this author are much, much better.

Not Just For Kids by Gary T. Doyle 5 Stars
June 07, 2008
One morning recently I was reading the newspaper when I heard my wife and 10-year-old son laughing. I thought they were reading a story from the paper together. Instead they were paging through 'It's Not Fair', flipping back and forth through the pages. So while it may be a book for younger children, I can attest to the fact that anyone of any age can enjoy it. Great message, fun book, from the prolific and always entertaining Tom Lichtenheld, and the equally talented Amy Krouse Rosenthal.

Little Oink

Little Oink
by Amy Krouse Rosenthal (Author), Jen Corace (Illustrator)

From the creators of Little Pea and Little Hoot comes this tidy tale of a decidedly different pig. Little Oink is a neat little fellow. Clean clean clean that's all he wants to do. But Mama and Papa won't have it! They say in order to be a proper pig he has to learn to make a proper mess. "Don't come out until your room is a pigsty " says Papa Pig. "I won't have any child of mine going out looking so neat and clean. It's just not acceptable " says Mama Pig. Readers who hate to clean up will...
