i've read the book a few times, and had the whole unabridged version on CD rom. both were wonderful to read and use.

this was two discs long, and it seemed to miss the most important points of the unabridged version.

i felt they should have put in the most important points of good communication between men and women, rather than just concentrate on a couple subjects. there is SO much to learn in the books!

thus, i recommend someone purchase the entire book, not this shortened set.

Definitely buy this CD if you don't have the time to read the book... it's a great introduction and you can listen to it while you're cleaning or making dinner...

I am blown away by the things I learned in this CD!!! It has helped me so much in my relationship with my husband, and has also helped me to understand myself. I would recommend this CD to anyone and everyone!!! I just wish it was the full book, and not an abridgment.
