Terrible Publisher Don't Buy by Gte966t (Florida) 1 Stars
October 29, 2008
I bought this book to take to the Civil Engineering PE Exam. I flipped to the index to find that the topic to solve one of the wastewater problems was in there, so I quickly went to find the page it was on. Well I couldn't find it and after minutes of wasted time, I finally figured it out.....the book was missing over 50 pages of information. The pages went from 665 to 720 in an instant. Nothing was wrong with the binding; the book was just missing pages. Don't buy this book for the PE. It has examples of problems that are more complex than the exam and it might be missing pages.

Fantastic Book for Every Environmental Engineer by Nargeh Akumiah (New Castle, DE USA) 5 Stars

This book is fantastic. As an engineer who has been away from academia for 10 years, this book gives me an opportunity to revise key engineering principles and calculations and prepares me for my Masters program. In addition, it will be useful all through my professional life. This book is great and worth its prize. I would recommend it to every environmental professional.
