| | A breath of fresh air by Joanna Daneman (Middletown, DE USA) 5 Stars May 19, 2007 Asthma is not fun. Part of controlling asthma is avoiding triggers, like dust, dust mites, pollens, molds, and other triggers in the workplace. Perhaps you have "Monday Morning Asthma" and didn't realize it is something in your workplace that is making your asthma worse. This book has loads of information on where to find those asthma triggers, how to control them and what the medications do. There are resources for websites, support groups and medical help. A must-have for anyone with asthma or a family member who suffers.
