| A good read and reference source by Jo S (Auckland, New Zealand) 5 Stars September 08, 2009 Everything I needed to know about nutrition for my Health Science degree, plus a little bit more for general interest. I enjoy reading this despite it being a text book, which is unusual for me. Good clear references, great defintions, and good everyday examples I can relate to. I have been really pleased with this purchase, This is one text book I will hang onto.
