It goes into detail on each essential oil (i.e. origin, scent, flavor, use, warnings, description etc.) This book also goes into detail about various conditions of the body & skin and how the essential oil can remedy or help these situations (i.e. earache, headache, cold, flu, cough, acne, depression, anxiety, PMS, menopause etc.) It has A LOT of information contained in this book. This is definitely not the book you can sit down and read in one day. Very informative- A Must have for anyone interested in essential oils and aromatherapy.
