Well, they sent me a used one but I'm not gonna return it because I need it for class right now. I didn't order it from a third party- I ORDERED FROM AMAZON. So disappointed.
| | Didnt come with Cd by C. Brown (Ocala, FL USA) 2 Stars April 19, 2009 Throughout this book they kept referring to the cd that was suppose to come with it. I needed this book for a class I was talking but it didn't help me one bit and so I had to drop the class and this stupid book.

| | Glad to have it. by John D. Olsen (Logan, UT) 5 Stars August 30, 2008 I bought this books for my Phonetics class. So far, it is a decent book. Class has only been in session for a week, so, there is still a ways to go yet!
| | I like this! by Mysti 5 Stars February 02, 2008 I am using this book for my "Applied Phonetics" class and it is working out great. It is very thorough and well put together. I haven't opened the cd yet so I am not sure how helpful that is. I have been working through the book at a steady pace and haven't felt like anything is negative about this book, I really like it so far. Obviously if you are buying this you need it for something to do with speech/language or for a class so it might be required. It is worth the money and make sure you buy it new or you will do a lot of erasing and whiting-out. This is a workbook with pages and pages of writing exercises.
