Aging book for changing technologies 3 Stars
February 09, 2004
When new technologies come, old books go off the shelf. This book may need a subsitute due to high price and age. New technologies such as DHPLC (see "Genetic Variance Detection - the Nuts&Bolts of DHPLC in Genomics", 0966402774) for example have come into play.

excellent manual of the most up-to-date techniques 5 Stars
January 10, 1998
An up-to-date survey of techniques for the detection of DNA damage and mutations. Valuable information of step-by-step details, supplies, pitfalls.
