Coping with COPD by Donna Wanninger (IOWA) 3 Stars

I bought this book, I received fast service, & it arrived in excellent shape. As far as the book, I did not learn anything new when I read it. Maybe for someone that has just been diagnosed with it, its Okay, but the information thats in it is standard information. I highly recommend the book "Breathe Out" by Mary Callahan, RN. It is sold on here for less then $10.00 and has lots of good breathing exercises for people with Emphysema, COPD, or Smokers Lung.

Don't waste your money! All this book does is tell you how sick you are and how sick you will become. Nowhere does it give even a hint how to help yourself get well which is why I bought it. So forget it!
