| NOT WHAT I ORDERED BUT WHO CARES? by Mescal 2 Stars November 20, 2009 I ordered Intro Stats 3rd Edition, paid the extra shipping too. I got Intro Stats 2nd edition, again I GOT THE 2ND EDITION NOT THE 3RD. Try taking a statistics class while having the wrong textbook, it's hard enough to survive such a class with the right one! Ok so I complained to Amazon who said, "uh..we can't do anything because you dealt with a third party not us.." I complained to Nobel Books and they NEVER RESPONDED. They took my money and ran with it. I feel like a sucker for buying a book from Amazon.com. I thought Amazon was reliable and stood behind their buyers, apparently not. So I'm trying to survive with the wrong book which has similar problems to what the rest of the class is doing but not the same ones. Thanks a lot Amazon! Nobody cares anyway. You probably won't even read this review or care to respond to it either.
| | Great book! by Doris Lagos 5 Stars November 18, 2009 This book arrived in great condition and quickly! I learned a lot from this book, even though I had to have it for a college course.
| | Happy Customer by C. Hughes (ID) 4 Stars September 28, 2009 Item was in very good condition and arrived quickly. I was very pleased with this purchase.
| | Good as New! by A. Cook 5 Stars September 18, 2009 I was worried at first, because the shipment took some time getting here. However, when it arrived it was worth the wait! I purchased the book used, but the book lacks a single scratch, mark, crease, or tear. The book looks brand new! I am thankful for the quality Better World Books provided me with.
