Great refresher -be sure to buy this with the CD included by D. Ferrell 5 Stars

As one who was absent the career for many a year, and back into the refresher mode, this is an awesome simulated, realistic education for nurses, new and veteran alike. Also, there are many actual, sometimes fatal (sadly) examples where common mistakes have been made and which highlight key safety points to remember when administering any meds, IV or po. It takes a few minutes of reading the book's first chapter to get in the swing of using the virtual hospital but the details literally walk you through not only medication administration but schedule and assessment details.
