this is a pretty lengthy book on the subject. probably gets into some details that arent necessary for the usmle. i used it a lot while studying endocrine physiology during physio in med school but am not using it for board review. it has questions at the end of each chapter, however they are not usmle style. it's well written and has lots of good diagrams/flow charts
