The book was advertised like new but when I recieved it the top 1/3 of the binding was ripped and pulled away from the pages. I e-mailed the seller to ask if it had been insured through the mail but got no response. This leaves me to believe that the book was NOT in new condition when sold to me.

I needed this book for Excelsior College nursing test. This book was very informative and had an easy style to read. I just needed the book for the Epidemiology and Environmental Health chapters but I ended up using parts of the book to review for the whole Community-Focused test.
