I haven't read the entire book yet, but what I have read is extremely interesting to me. I have referred this book to my doctor and my therapist for their opinions as well. If I follow the instructions in this book, it would be a DRASTIC change in my life, but I am willing to try anything at this point. What the author says seems very logical to me, but I will have to implement the changes gradually, because it would be very expensive to make all the changes at once.

This book explains the biological source of OCD, anxiety, depression, and etc. It tells you how to heal OCD along with other forms of depression through the use of supplements and a sensible diet. My wife was finally able to understand the source of the panic attacks she used to have. Most people will try to cure OCD and other forms of depression with anti-depressants and therapy alone only to realize overtime that they won't be able to stay away from anti-depressants because the depression is still there. By following Dr. Larson's directions I was able to get my life back. Let me tell you that the supplements you suggest are great. Most people I talk to have never even heard of Inositol which works wonders for anxiety. The only supplement from your directions that I decided not to take is L-tryptophan. Nowadays people are choosing to take 5-Hydroxytryptophan ( 5-HTP ) instead of L-tryptophan. For personal reasons I decided to stay away from 5-HTP also. Thank you Dr. Larson your book has really transformed my life for the better.
