Wonderful way of Eating by Patricia A. Wilie (Texas) 5 Stars
November 18, 2009
I was raised eating the Mediterranean way as my Mom and her family was from the old country. It's a tasty and wonderful way to eat. Many flavors to experience and love. Easy to prepare and a good way of life. It's a healthy way of eating without sacraficing the flavors.

Great weight loss meal plans by V. Myers 5 Stars

Very informative, and recipes that work for weight loss. Everything is very tasty since olive oil can be used relatively freely. I find the salt use a little heavy, but that can be adjusted. It is a diet that is easy to stay on because you feel great and don't feel deprived. Some days it is hard to cook both a big lunch and big dinner, so I just cook one meal and snack on it again later. Haven't tried the maintenance diet yet, but it looks like a healthy one to follow for life. Highly recommend this book.

I was hoping for more recipes in this book. There are a handful but they're all very similar to one another. Great advice in the book but it all seemed pretty common sense to me.

Unless you are seriously into fish dishes, skip this book. I looked through it once and gave it away. Shame on me for not giving this more thought than I did. I wasted that money.
