CUSTOMER REVIEWS (Average Customer Rating: 5.0 based on 4 reviews)
| A great general hempath text by LDG in Montgomery (Montgomery, AL United States) 5 Stars February 26, 2008 Don't let this book's small size fool you...it is very well organized with excellent text, tables and images. There are very few times recently that I've needed more information than was available here. I've been critical of some books within this series, but this is one is highly recommended.
| | haematopathology by Herbert Plasschaert (Belgium) 5 Stars September 09, 2007 it's a great book for a young resident/assistent in pathology with an interest in haematopathology. Clear writing, nice pictures and tabels. It is my first haematopathology book, but certainly not my last!
| | Hematopathology: A Volume in Foundations in Diagnostic Pathology Series (Foundations in Diagnostic Pathology) by Issam Michel Francis (Kuwait) 5 Stars May 16, 2007 Quality books on hematopathology that are of practical use for the daily working pathologist are few. Many are out of date or print. The WHO book which is out of print for some time was of some help for many of us. I find this new title in hematopathology an excellent replacement in this field that many pathologist would like to have on their shelves. I hope it will be kept uptodate.
| | Good Overall Book by Homer Wright (Circle, CA USA) 4 Stars April 14, 2007 Very nice overall book for benign and malignant hematopathology. Nice charts, tables, figures and diagrams with high quality pictures. Like any multi-authored textbook, some chapters are better than others. Good book for residents and general pathologists. Perhaps lacking some details required for hematopathologists. The only book that might be a little better in this subject area is Kjeldsberg's book Practical Diagnosis of Hematologic Disorders, Fourth Edition. In the end, you won't go wrong with this book if you can afford it and spend the time to read it.
