| Perhaps not my style of book by Karen (USA) 2 Stars July 29, 2009 I just received this book in the mail, and upon browsing through it, it seems a little too "mean" for me. I don't want to HATE the person I'm trying to get over or be repulsed by the thought of him. That's just not me.
| | Very helpful and encouraging by S. White 4 Stars April 18, 2009 After having a friend lend me this book to deal with being dumped by my alcoholic fiance, I really was able to begin my life again -- without him. It helped me so much that when I saw the same symptoms I was suffering appear in a friend of mine, I had to buy this book for him. So far it's helped him to learn to flex his emotions like a muscle and to truly begin to rebuild his self-image.
