Product Description
From the authors of Thyroid Power (more than 60,000 copies in paperback sold) comes a practical, hands-on program for the fat, fuzzy, and frazzled among us to feel better fast For the 33 million Americans who feel sluggish, spacey, and stressed out daily, Feeling Fat, Fuzzy, or Frazzled? is the first book to address the delicate balance among the thyroid, adrenal, and reproductive glands—which can make the day-to-day difference between feeling awful and feeling good. Long-term, if left untreated, this imbalance can cause heart disease, diabetes, arthritis, infertility, and severe menopause. Authored by an expert physician/nurse team, the book offers readers: an innovative program to identify their particular hormone-related metabolic disorder; a "5-day jumpstart program" to help alleviate weight gain, low energy, or frayed nerves fast; and a long-term plan to achieve optimal health.

LOVE THIS BOOK by J. Kimball (Utah) 5 Stars

I've had thyroid problems for the past 10 years. Recently it's become more out of whack. This book actually helps with more than eat right and exercise. They give many different ideas. This book gives e-mail addresses for support, help, etc. I would recommend this book in a heartbeat and to have in your library if you have thyroid issues. It helps if you have and haven't been diagnoised with thyroid issues. It gives hope when you feel hopeless and frustrated. Buy this book!!!

Thryoid issues are amazingly complex and frankly quite daunting for the non-clinicians. This book was easy to read and didn't suggest narrow approaches. I particularly like the concept summaries.

Great resource by Kelley 5 Stars

Beyond the catchy title, this is a solid, well-researched and well-documented resource. This book offers clear, specific advice about identifying and monitoring your symptoms, adding non-pharmaceutical elements such as vitamins and supplements to your regimen, and making lifestyle changes that educates and empowers the thyroid patient to better manage their illness.

A Book to be read by everyone not feeling like themselves anymore by Art VanDaleigh (Procpect Heights, Illinois) 5 Stars

This is a great book. We give it to all our patients suffering from the ravages of hormonal disfunction. If you just aren't right and no-one has been able to help, this is a great start. The authors have years of clinical experience yet present often complicated material in a very easy to read, interesting manner. If you are out of sorts without good answers you need this book.
