| | just a ok book by Thomas P. Mcauliffe (Michigan) 3 Stars April 30, 2008 This book is just ok to read, but some of the information in here goes way beyond the average layman or "dummy".It is somewhat useful and informative but not greatly so.There is nothing wrong with this book, just nothing that great about it.
| | Review of high blood pressure for dummies by Graenum R. Schiff (Richmond, VA) 5 Stars February 15, 2008 I am a 78 year old physician being treated
for hypertension. I found this book to be quite
useful and informative.Because of the knowledge
gained from this book I was able to suggest drug
treatments to my physician. In addition to the drug treatment,
the author recommmends nutritional choices.
My blood pressure is now very well controlled on a
dietary regime and prescribed medications that cost me
ten cents a day.
well controlled on a product that costs me ten cents a day.
