This book really didn't tell me anything that I didn't already know....through the internet and my doctors. It was all correct reading, just never saved me from all the pain I have gone through for the past seven years! Only exercise, injections, and pain meds have saved me!

Very generic, no new information. See your rheumatologist for much more up to date and comprehensive information.

A must read for someone newly dxed or even not newly dxed. Lot's of things for the patient and doctor treating the patient. Some doctors do not have a clue about the disease. Really!

I bought this book for my daughter and it was written in plain english with many suggestions to help with the pain. My daughter is under 18 and this put it so she could relate to many of the issues in dealing with the disease.
