| | diabetic cookbook by Katharin Jordan 5 Stars September 12, 2009 gift for daughter-in-law she said she liked it.., but i have always wondered if she knew how to read or was just looking at the pretty pictures
| | Not what I expected. by C. Ashley (NC) 1 Stars August 24, 2009 I was looking for a cookbook that would make it easier for me to cook for a patient with diabetes. What I got was a book of southwestern recipes, foods that are cooked with sugar (which I was surprised at, since diabetics have a problem with metabolizing sugar), and it was not helpful at all. I believe the information was for anyone who wanted to use it, but it was not for diabetics specifically. My cooking chore was not made easier. In fact, I will probably give it to a charity since I cannot use it.
| | Better Mealos in Minutes by Theresa McCulloch (Wharton, Texas USA) 5 Stars June 26, 2009 This allows for meals with a homemade flavor for the diabetic and their family.
No tasteless meals to guard your glucose numbers. Real ingreadents taste like the Sunday dinner flavors your craving, no cardboard taste. Betty Crocker Company did their homework again.
| | Some recipies are good, some not so by Charles A. Gallo (Oakland Gardens, NY United States) 3 Stars April 16, 2009 There are a few recipies in here that we (as a family) really like, and a few that are duds (for US - YOU might like them)
